Our philosophy is that participation is a great educational tool and therefore we strive to expose our students to as many educational, academic and industrial experiences as possible. In this framework, in addition to the events to which our faculty and staff participate every year as delegates, we make sure to have the role of (co-)organizer in a number of events.
In these events our students have the opportunity not only to attend the speaches of internationally leading scientists, but also to learn how such events are organized, from the very beginnings of setting up the program to the very end of enjoying the conference dinner and socializing with researchers from all over the world.
We also like to promote and recognize excellence, so each year we give an award to the student that has prepared the best graduating thesis.
